Is a virtual office acceptable for a foreigner to establish a company in Japan and obtain a "Business Manager" status of residence?

When a foreigner establishes a company in Japan, it is necessary to secure an office.
In recent years, there are examples of startups and SOHOs using a so-called virtual office where an operator answers incoming calls without actually moving in by borrowing an address or phone number.
However, this virtual office is not permitted when obtaining the status of residence of "Business Manager".
This is because the Immigration Services Agency of Japan does not recognize such a virtual office as "securing a facility to be used as a place of business to run the business."
However, if you are renting a private room that is clearly separated from others and actually moving into a rental office, there is a high possibility that it will be approved by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
