Consultation can be done by phone, email, ZOOM, or face-to-face, so please choose the method you prefer. First of all, please contact us from "Contact us for free consultation" on the homepage.
- Where is the service area?

Our office is located in Chiba City, but we are available nationwide.
If it is by phone, email, or ZOOM, there is no need to come to our office, and there is no need to consider the schedule we will visit, so we will respond quickly.
Also, if it is possible to apply online, there is no need to bear the transportation expenses to go to the nearest immigration office to apply. (For items that cannot be applied online, we will respond by paying the actual expenses such as transportation expenses.)
- How much is the consultation fee?

The first consultation (up to one hour) is free of charge, and the second and subsequent consultations are charged at 5,000 yen (excluding tax) for 30 minutes. If you make a request during a paid consultation, you will not be charged for that consultation.
- If I consult you, do I have to commission you?

No, we do not. As the first consultation is free of charge (up to one hour), many of our clients only want a consultation. After the consultation, you can decide whether you would like to take the case.
- Is it safe to bring my small child to the consultation?

Yes, you can bring your children. You are welcome to bring your children with you.
